America's social celeb talks turkey (salad) with RS
You could be forgiven for thinking Samantha Cresswell, "Sam" to her friends, is the Hostess, and not a lifelong customer of Beverly Hills' iconic bistro La Scala. It's a wonder her cheeks aren't lipstick-smeared callouses from all the affectionate pecks from other lunchtime habitues.
She holds court at a curbside table, giggling "It's like my school lunchroom," as a seemingly-endless procession of Bentleys, BMWs, Mercedes and Maybachs discharge their cargo of Beverly Hills socialites and their Business Dragon husbands and confidantes for their midday repasts of chopped salad and gossip.
Over a serving of that same chopped salad, "with the turkey, not the salami, please?" and a split of champagne "champagne always makes the day go better, don't you think?" Cresswell holds forth as her exquisite blond highlights catch the sun, creating a halo effect against her flawless, tanned skin.
She started modeling at age twelve, when a talent scout for a New York modeling agency saw her in a bathing suit during Christmas vacation on St. Barts and gave her parents his card. "My parents thought it was a terrific idea," she recalls. "And I knew even then that learning really wasn't my thing."
Covers for Seventeen, Elle Girl and Teen Vogue followed in quick succession along with a Versace ad campaign. "What a blast!" she recalls. "Donatella was so much fun back then!" A string of high-impact (and high money) Beauty campaigns followed, and some bit parts in movie features and TV.
"The acting was great fun," she says now, "but I really think my calling is modeling. It's what I was born to do. I don't need the money, certainly, but I believe everyone has a contribution to make. Modeling is mine."

I have been watching Y&R for years...I tape it now so I don't miss a show. I hated what happened to Sabrina, but she & Victor were getting too sickening in the kissing etc. Too fakey! I think Caine & Lilly need to finally find love & build a relationship to keep them going for years to come. Of course, everyone has one person they want to hate...mine is Chloe & I hope she gets every bad thing she deserves on the show. I think that Victor & Nicki will not get back together & I like the combo w/Paul & Nicki.

I love Y&R it's so great and it's such a great thing and I thank all the people who said and who think of this film and wach it.
I saw it from childhood and it's greater every day... of course many think that Romania is a small country and such films must not be here but I tell you many people love it and many people wach it every single day. I love it and I love all the actors because they are like a family in the film and in real life 2 ... 35 years is something and I hope they will put 2 episodes every day because it's a special drama and all is so so so so great and super!

So please think that Romania likes it so so so much and put 2 episodes of it every day.

'Restless Style' was the BEST Idea you all came up with for these great Character's
I have been a fan since I was a small child and since the Young and the Restless, aired. I really would Love for 'Restless Style' Magazine to be a great success for the Character's involved nomatter what personal or professional obstacles lie ahead. This was the greatest Idea.
The RS office is a very happy environment on screen from what I have see and I give Great Credit to Jack, Nick, Phyllis & Sharon.
'Restless Style' is just Fabulous.
Make this work nomatter what happens with these Character's personally and professionally it is wonderful for them all.
It's their Idea and show us and 'Inspire Us' that even through personal and professional differences this Magazine, Webzine WILL work!!!!!

I wanted to say that I too am a huge fan of Y&R. I have been watching the show for 24 years, or since I was 12. My grandma got me hooked after taking me to see Terry Lester, as Jack in our local mall in Minnesota.
I think this site is great for all the fans to take part in what's going on. My two favorite couples on the show are Cain and Lily, and Nick and Phyllis.
I don't know if this site takes suggestions, but I would love to see a story line done on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome for all of us who suffer with it every day. Other than that I hope this site will be here for years to come.

Love Restless Style sight. I am a great fan of the Young and the Restless. I have watched for as long as I can remember. I can remember when it was just a 30 minute show. I would play hooky from school just to watch. I like the story lines, just leave Nick and Phyllis alone.

Great launch guys! So happy you were able to make the deadline! I think that if the magazine were available in Newman / Abbot character it would sell! The webzine is great and I think that if you were to extend your talents to the the magazine to actually be put on racks they would sell. Keeping in character it would be fun to read and it would be like being part of the show, interacting with Sharon, Jack, Phylis, Amber, Daniel, Lily and NICK! You would be the first daytime soap to actually sell a magazine and cosmetic products!!! You already have Kathy Hilton on board as a contributor. JUST DO IT! You could even do a magazine shoot / tour to vegas and I'll be your guide!

I am 26 years old and I remember watching The Young and The Restless as a young kid with my mother. I love all of you guys. Hats off to who ever thought of making an actual site. That was a brilliant idea.
